The original Gusbourne Estate in Appledore, Kent dates back to the 15th century. Today, the estate has a clear vision and a single goal: to create English sparkling wines that would stand up alongside the very finest offerings from across the globe.

In 2010, Gusbourne’s debut vintages of Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2006 and Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2006 were released to rave review, and Gusbourne quickly earned a reputation as a producer of outstanding quality wines, with accolades from some of the industry’s most respected critics.

Our Head Sommelier, Ben, recently selected Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs as our new house ‘champagne’ at Moor Hall, saying: “I truly believe that the quality rivals that of some of the best champagne and we want to support and showcase the best the UK has to offer”.
