Day to day
Working closely with the restaurant and bar team to deliver exceptional service to the guests. Assisting with guest wine service, set up and clear down of the restaurant. Coming up with suggestions and ideas to improve beverage offerings and service standards under the guidance of the Head Sommelier.
Benefits
4 day working week. Salary package of £35-£37,000 including tronc, staff rewards and incentives, including ‘Employee of the Month’, winning a night off to enjoy dinner for two at The Barn at Moor Hall.
