The ideal applicant will have at least two years of management or supervisory experience working in a minimum one Michelin star or 3 AA Rosette rated restaurant environment.

Day to day
This is a full time, permanent, five days per week role, working Wednesday to Sunday each week. You will be assisting the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant ensuring the operation runs smoothly. Directly supervising the restaurant team and ensuring the guest experience is perfect every time. Effectively managing the floor and ensuring the team are fully trained to deliver an exceptional service. Leading by example and taking on a direct, hands on approach. Handling guest complaints effectively to ensure a positive guest experience. Effectively running the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Benefits
