Key Skills

We are looking for a strong, motivated Head Bartender, someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable, and has exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Confident, professional, and welcoming personality
  • Ability to deal with guests in a professional manner
  • Good knowledge of spirits, beer, cocktails, and wine would be preferred

 Day to day

As Head Bartender your main role will be preparing and serving drinks to our guests.

You will be communicating directly with guests and be required to demonstrate a good level of beverage knowledge and be capable of making recommendations based on personal preferences.

You will be responsible for communicating stock requirements to the Head Sommelier and ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.

You would be heavily involved in menu development and work closely with the Head Sommelier regarding any ideas you may have to improve the service and product.
